ACCESS Testing for ELL's

March 6-April 21

The TCAP (TN Ready) is a summative test that provides information regarding student progress in RLA, Math, and Science.  A field test will be administered in Social Studies in March of 2017.

The Grade 2 assessment is new and will be administered to second graders May 1-5.  This test will provide data for both second and third grade teachers on where the students stand academically and will help 3rd grade teachers plan more strategically for these rising second graders.  This test will provide valuable information for parents on student progress.

The test for English as a Second Language students is the ACCESS and will be given to determine student growth from March 6-April 21.

Parents will be notified of the results of these tests as soon as it is provided to the district by the state.

At that time, parents will be given information on how they can access this year's questions and answers on their student's state required tests.
